A Portaria de minha aposentadoria já foi assinada no dia 22 de outubro de 2025, quarta-feira, um dia após meu aniversário de 60 anos que foi dia 21 de outubro de 2025.
No entanto, eu pedi para que esta Portaria de minha aposentadoria seja publicada no Diário Oficial do dia 30 de outubro de 2025, quinta-feira.
No dia em que for publicada a Portaria de minha aposentadoria no Diário Oficial é o dia de minha aposentadoria.
Então, tenho apenas alguns dias de trabalho, até quarta-feira que vem, 29 de outubro de 2025, último dia de trabalho antes de minha aposentadoria.
Eu já trabalhei mais de 40 anos, sendo que foi mais de 24 anos no Ministério Público da União.
Sim, eu tenho escrito pouco em meu blog, mas eu estou atento as notícias do mundo.
Sobre a paz do mundo, eu repito o que já escrevi outras vezes em meu blog, no sentido de que existe a possibilidade real de que haja missões de Deus, inclusive o possível retorno de Jesus, tendo como sede os EUA, mas para isso, os EUA devem dar o exemplo em busca da paz no mundo. Caso contrário, existe uma possibilidade real que a sede das missões de Deus seja transferido para outro país. No entanto, eu repito, eu tenho muitos amigos americanos que eu conheci no Fórum Serara que atualmente está desativado provisoriamente ou permanentemente.
O Fórum Serara representou a atualização do Livro de Urantia, com os mesmos seres celestiais, na luz de Deus, e que atualizava inclusive sobre a possibilidade de muitas missões de Deus para recuperação espiritual do planeta, incluindo, o possível retorno de Jesus.
Eu ainda acredito e rezo para que a sede das Missões de Deus e o retorno de Jesus sejam nos EUA e que se possível isto aconteça em nossa geração e o quanto antes possível.
Mas o destino cabe a Deus, Pai Universal e seja qual for o destino eu acredito e confio em Deus, Pai.
Desta forma, se relerem as muitas mensagens deste meu blog, irão notar que eu já escrevi um fortíssimo texto, dirigido a todos os líderes do mundo, principalmente ao presidente dos EUA, quando os EUA atacou o Irã e da mesma forma quando movimentou seus navios de guerra perto da costa da Venezuela. Eu disse expressamente para os líderes mundiais, principalmente, ao presidente americano:
- O que você não entendeu sobre ser o exemplo de paz para o mundo?
O recado anteriormente dado continua válido.
Eu fico feliz que o presidente dos EUA teve forte atuação em busca de um cessar fogo no conflito entre Israel e os palestinos da faixa de gaza, incluindo a libertação dos últimos refens vivos feito pelos palestinos. Isso por si só já faz por merecer o Nobel da paz do ano que vem para o presidente americano (2026), mas eu repito e ressalto, desde que durante este período, até outubro de 2026, não haja outro fato que impeça isto.
Sim, eu repito eu estou atento as notícias do mundo, e eu não preciso dizer mais nada, como diz um provérbio popular aqui no Brasil, para bom entendedor meia palavra basta.
A política de boa vizinhança entre os diversos países da América do Norte, América Central e América do Sul deve persistir e continuar como forma de exemplo de paz para os demais países de todo o mundo. Isso é um recado mais do que explícito.
Sim, o Livro de Urantia fala que aos poucos existe a evolução espiritual do mundo, mas muitas vezes, ocorre algum retrocesso. Eu espero que nesta fase de nossa humanidade, eventual retrocesso seja fato do passado e que, no atual momento, neste ano de 2025, os povos e países do mundo inteiro caminhem em passos largos em direção da paz no mundo para todos os povos.
Mas eu repito, seja qual for o destino de Deus, Pai eu tenho fé e confio em Deus, Pai integralmente.

Quanto a minha aposentadoria, se Deus quiser em novembro, daqui uma semana a uns 10 dias, depois que eu receber os valores relativos as férias não usufruidas, eu pretendo viajar com minha esposa Margarete e meu filho mais novo César para a cidade de Bonito (MS), lugar muito bonito como o próprio nome diz, devendo ficar uns 3 a 4 dias. Esta cidade está aproximadamente 1300 km de Brasília. Devemos viajar de carro e chegar no mesmo dia. Não conhecemos ainda esta cidade.
Após iremos conhecer as Cataratas de Foz do Iguaçu (PR), lugar que ainda não conhecemos, e devemos ficar uns 3 dias, conhecendo a tríplice fronteira também entre Brasil, Paraguai e Argentina e a Usina Hidrelétrica de Itaipu.
Após devemos ficar aproximadamente uns 10 a 20 dias visitando meus parentes e os parentes de minha esposa Margarete no estado em que nascemos no Rio Grande do Sul.
Na volta, devemos ficar uma semana até uns 15 dias em alguma praia no litoral de Santa Catarina e somente depois voltamos em Brasília, após, possivelmente mais de 30 dias de viagens.

Meine Ruhestandsverfügung wurde am Mittwoch, dem 22. Oktober 2025, unterzeichnet, einen Tag nach meinem 60. Geburtstag am 21. Oktober 2025.
Ich habe jedoch beantragt, dass diese Ruhestandsverfügung am Donnerstag, dem 30. Oktober 2025, im Amtsblatt veröffentlicht wird.
Der Tag der Veröffentlichung meiner Ruhestandsverfügung im Amtsblatt ist mein Ruhestandsdatum.
Daher habe ich nur noch wenige Arbeitstage bis nächsten Mittwoch, dem 29. Oktober 2025, meinem letzten Arbeitstag vor meiner Pensionierung.
Ich habe über 40 Jahre gearbeitet, davon mehr als 24 Jahre bei der Bundesanwaltschaft.
Ja, ich habe nicht viel in meinem Blog geschrieben, aber ich bin über die Weltnachrichten informiert.
Bezüglich des Weltfriedens wiederhole ich, was ich bereits in meinem Blog geschrieben habe: Es besteht die reale Möglichkeit, dass Gottes Missionen, einschließlich der möglichen Wiederkunft Jesu, in den Vereinigten Staaten angesiedelt sein werden. Dafür müssen die Vereinigten Staaten jedoch ein Beispiel für das Streben nach Weltfrieden geben. Andernfalls besteht die reale Möglichkeit, dass der Hauptsitz von Gottes Missionen in ein anderes Land verlegt wird. Ich wiederhole jedoch: Ich habe viele amerikanische Freunde, die ich im Serara-Forum kennengelernt habe, das derzeit vorübergehend oder dauerhaft geschlossen ist.
Das Serara-Forum stand für die Aktualisierung des Urantia-Buches mit denselben himmlischen Wesen im Licht Gottes und aktualisierte auch die Möglichkeit vieler Gottesmissionen zur spirituellen Wiederherstellung des Planeten, einschließlich der möglichen Wiederkunft Jesu.
Ich glaube und bete weiterhin, dass der Hauptsitz von Gottes Missionen und die Wiederkunft Jesu in den Vereinigten Staaten sein werden, und dass dies, wenn möglich, noch in unserer Generation und so bald wie möglich geschieht.
Aber das Schicksal liegt bei Gott, dem Universalen Vater, und wie auch immer dieses Schicksal aussehen mag, ich glaube und vertraue auf Gott, den Vater.
Wenn Sie die vielen Beiträge in diesem Blog noch einmal lesen, werden Sie feststellen, dass ich bereits einen sehr eindringlichen Text an alle Staats- und Regierungschefs der Welt, insbesondere an den US-Präsidenten, geschrieben habe, als die USA den Iran angriffen und ebenso, als sie ihre Kriegsschiffe vor der Küste Venezuelas stationierten. Ich habe die Staats- und Regierungschefs der Welt, insbesondere den amerikanischen Präsidenten, ausdrücklich gefragt:
„Was haben Sie nicht daran verstanden, ein Beispiel für Frieden für die Welt zu sein?“
Die zuvor übermittelte Botschaft bleibt gültig.
Ich freue mich, dass sich der US-Präsident aktiv für einen Waffenstillstand im Konflikt zwischen Israel und den Palästinensern im Gazastreifen eingesetzt hat, einschließlich der Freilassung der letzten lebenden Geiseln, die von den Palästinensern festgehalten werden. Allein dies allein verdient den Friedensnobelpreis für das nächste Jahr (2026) für den amerikanischen Präsidenten, aber ich wiederhole und betone: Solange in diesem Zeitraum, bis Oktober 2026, kein anderes Ereignis dies verhindert, gibt es keine anderen Ereignisse.

Ja, das Urantia-Buch besagt, dass die spirituelle Entwicklung der Welt schrittweise erfolgt, aber es kommt immer wieder zu Rückschlägen. Ich hoffe, dass in diesem Stadium unserer Menschheit alle Rückschläge der Vergangenheit angehören und dass sich die Völker und Länder der ganzen Welt im gegenwärtigen Moment, im Jahr 2025, mit großen Schritten auf den Weltfrieden für alle Völker zubewegen.
Aber ich wiederhole: Was auch immer Gottes Schicksal sein mag, Vater, ich habe voll und ganz Vertrauen in Gott, Vater.
Bezüglich des Fotos in dieser Nachricht habe ich nach einem Foto gesucht, das das Wort „Ruhestand“ darstellt.
Was meinen Ruhestand betrifft, so Gott will, beabsichtige ich, im November, in einer Woche bis zehn Tagen, nachdem ich die Mittel für meinen nicht in Anspruch genommenen Urlaub erhalten habe, mit meiner Frau Margarete und meinem jüngsten Sohn César in die Stadt Bonito (MS) zu reisen. Bonito ist, wie der Name schon sagt, ein wunderschöner Ort. Wir werden dort drei bis vier Tage bleiben. Bonito liegt etwa 1.300 km von Brasília entfernt. Wir werden mit dem Auto anreisen und am selben Tag ankommen. Wir haben diese Stadt noch nicht besucht.
Anschließend besuchen wir die Foz do Iguaçu-Wasserfälle (PR), einen Ort, an dem wir noch nicht waren. Wir werden etwa drei Tage damit verbringen, das Dreiländereck zwischen Brasilien, Paraguay und Argentinien sowie das Wasserkraftwerk Itaipu zu erkunden.
Danach werden wir etwa 10 bis 20 Tage damit verbringen, meine Verwandten und die Verwandten meiner Frau Margarete in unserem Heimatstaat Rio Grande do Sul zu besuchen.
Auf dem Rückweg verbringen wir eine Woche bis 15 Tage an einem Strand an der Küste von Santa Catarina und kehren dann nach Brasília zurück, möglicherweise nach mehr als 30 Reisetagen.
Die Europareise wird voraussichtlich zwischen März und Mai 2026 stattfinden und 31 Tage dauern. Die Anzahl der Orte und Länder, die wir in Europa besuchen, hängt davon ab, wie viel wir für Reisekosten und Unterkunft sparen können.
Ja, ich möchte 2025 immer noch nach Europa reisen, aber dafür benötige ich erhebliche finanzielle Mittel, die ich derzeit nicht habe.
Bei Last-Minute-Reisen sind beispielsweise Flüge teurer, und das ist nur mit erheblichen finanziellen Mitteln möglich.
